Hello. Hello again fans and friends.
My apologies for leaving you all in such wonder for the past few months.
I thought I should include a furry profile shot for those of you that like to pick your friends in 3-D.
Mom is back in town now. She came home late at night one day and I was so excited to see her. I thought she may have left for good...but to my surprise she returned and now we snuggle up together with this new stuffed animal of hers. I have to admit though that it makes me nervous when she leaves because I have to wonder when she will be returning to take care of me.

Mom was very upset this week. I wonder what is going on in that noggin'?
She left with a few bags today. Hmmm. Wonder why she isn't home yet...I want to nibble on her cheeks. She likes that but sometimes I bite a little hard and she yells, "owwwwwwwwwwchaaah"

Pancreatitis
"Oh, boy! I am soooo thirsty lately. I can't believe how I love that agua...Mom is of course having un panico as always. Could someone just tell her that sometimes a man's got to get some liquids in his system."
"Sweet Pea, are you on the computer again?"
"No"
"Okay darling"
"So anyway, I had to go to the vet and that guy was frightening. He made me bleed. Mom now thinks that I have pancreatitis because an emzyme level was really high. Well, I feel ok I s'pose. Maybe it will just go away...yah, maybe. Hmmm, I wonder what I will be for Halloween."

The new apt is really nice. Turns out it is so nice that the landlords would just assume that I was not here. But Mom used her noggin and a few of her hard-earned dollars to save us from having to move again!

Mom just told me she is leaving me for 10 days...I guess I will enjoy the freedom for a few days, but after awhile I suppose I will just wait for her by the front door like I normally do when she leaves. I have Audrey and those new catnip bubbles to play with. Bye Mom. Bye Blog.

Bee Ay En Ay En Ay Ess
This heat has got me going ape dong! It helps when Mom holds me up to the AC unit to cool me down. She also puts ice in my water...that is refreshing. Mom told me today that she read that cats don't have sweet-toofs. She said something about missing receptors and I just floated off to a sea full of fishies...yum tuna!
I have a confession to make. Last week, I was really upset that Mom locked me out of her room again at night, so I destroyed her cell phone. She was unhappy. She needed a new one anyway though. Now she won't stop taking pictures of me with her phone. I wonder what she is doing with those pictures...

Earth Shattering News
Dear Log,
I overheard Mom last night talking to one of her friends. She said that Monsieur is still alive and flippin'. I suppose I should stop knocking down the Monsieur shrine outside of my door. Hrmph...
I threw up, hurled, tossed my tuna last night around 4:30 am. I don't know what is going on. Maybe it is the heat. I am not feeling up to my fluffy finest today. Mom cleaned it up and rubbed my stomach. It is times like this that I appreciate what she does for me.

Mom fired the babysitter!
Dear Log,
I am back by popular demand 'seems. I have the blues now. Turns out Audrey is just too hard to please. I give up on her, even though I will always have a place for her in my very warm and caring heart. Maybe I am just too much for her to handle.
Also, Mom fired the Irish babysitter. Turns out, he was a compulsive liar or something. Oh well. Maybe she will buy me a new toy soon. I get bored when she is gone all day. I give her little kisses now instead of nibbles. I figured I had to grow up sooner or later.
Oh! How could I forget my shower! Nutty Mom decided to take me into the shower with her the other day. Turns out I am really skinny. Mom's worried about my stomach again. She is such a freak! I wish someone would give her a chill pill ( and I don't mean Aunt Rachel's)! Furthermore, she deep-conditioned my coat and now I smell like Lavender and I am all shiny and fluffy....blick!

Stinker Pea
Man, I got Mom really good today. I am really mad at her for leaving me unattended and most importantly unfed at my usual hours this weekend. I knocked everything off from her book shelf and then poo ed on her white duvet cover. I love making her mad!
Tonight I woke her up in an attempt to get her to feed me by knocking over a glass of water she had by the side of her bed! Ahhh the sweet smell of revenge :)
My technique didn't work though. She gave me the boot and locked me out of MY room. So I destroyed her shrine of Monsieur....he's dead anyway and besides, I am the family jewel now.

New Toy!
Dear Blog,
I love birds. I love the way their songs reverberate betwixt mine ears. I do wish that I could play with them outside someday. Mom is a bit overprotective, so I doubt she will let me outside alone ever. She did mention that they have kittie harnesses, so we could go to parks together...and I could spend time with the birdies...ahem her I mean spend time with her.
She brought home this really cool toy today. Score Mom! It is a super cool ball that lights up red when I knock it around the apartment. The coolest thing though is that it makes birdy noises when I push. I could push it and keep pushing it all night long. Oh those delightful sounds.
P.S. I still heart Audrey Irish; I will never leave her alone...

Boxing Days
Dear Blog,
Mom was right...again. The surgery was bloody heck. I was so scared when she stuck me in that cage. I got excited though when we went outside and I felt so much closer to the singing yummy birdies....ohhhh, those delectable little creatures! I can't wait to get my needle teefs on one of...ahem.
The doc did just what Mom said they would. I wish she could have stayed with me during the operation to make sure things went perrrrfectly.
I felt a little out of it the next few days, but still had my spunk.
I am now very much so back to the swing and mess of things. In fact, just yesterday, I took up my favorite habit of waking Mom up by knocking things off from her desk at noon. I know it makes her mad, but I just can't stop! I like it sooooo much :)

Mom says I am going in for a minor surgery tomorrow. She seems really freaked out about it. I am coolly confident that things will go just fine. In fact, I think I will need to calm her down tonight with some warm snuggles and nibbles. I promised her that I wouldn't be upset when I am in pain after the "procedure." I love my Mom despite her many neuroses. She gives me food and mostly anything that I want so long as it is healthy for me.
